Deep groove ball bearing installation method 1: Press-fitting: When the inner ring of the bearing fits tightly with the shaft and the outer ring fits loosely with the housing hole, the bearing can be press-fitted on the shaft first, and then the shaft and the bearing. Put them together in the bore of the bearing housing. When press-fitting, put an assembly sleeve (copper or low-carbon steel) made of soft metal material on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing. The outer ring of the bearing fits tightly with the housing hole, and when the inner ring fits loosely with the shaft, the bearing can be pressed into the housing hole first. At this time, the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat hole. If the bearing ring fits tightly to the shaft and housing, install the inner ring and housing. The outer ring should be pressed into the shaft and the seat hole at the same time, and the assembly structure should be able to be pressed into the end faces of the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing at the same time.
Deep groove ball bearing installation method 2: Heating fit: By heating the bearing or bearing seat, the tight fit is transformed into a loose fit due to thermal expansion. This is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the case of large interference. Bearings cannot be placed at the bottom of the box to prevent heavy objects from entering the bearings or being unevenly heated. There must be a thermometer in the fuel tank. Strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100°C to prevent the tempering effect and reduce the hardness of the ferrule.
