The heavy-duty horizontal-axis rotary tiller has a plowing depth of 20-25 cm, and is mostly used for the cultivation of shrubs, swamps and grassy wastelands. The working parts include a rotary tiller roller and a number of soil cutting blades evenly arranged in a multi-head spiral, driven by the power output shaft of the tractor through a transmission device, and the common speed is 190-280 rpm. The rotation direction of the cutter roller is usually the same as that of the tractor wheel same. The soil cutting blade cuts the soil layer from front to back, and throws the soil block back and up to the casing and tray for further crushing. The depth of tillage is controlled and adjusted by the pallet or depth limiter. The trolley is set at the back of the cutter roller, and at the same time it plays the role of breaking the ground; the depth-limiting wheel is arranged in front of the cutter roller. There are two kinds of side drive and middle drive for the cutter roller final drive device. Side drive is mostly used for eccentric rotary tillers with small tillage width. The central drive is used for rotary tillers with larger tillage width.
