Riding Rice Transplanter is an agricultural machine that implants rice seedlings into rice fields. When planting, first take out several rice seedlings from the seedbed with mechanical claws and plant them into the soil in the field. In order to keep the angle between the seedbed and the ground at right angles, the front end of the mechanical claws must adopt an elliptical action curve when moving. The action of High Efficiency Ride-On Transplanter is accomplished by the planetary mechanism of rotating or deforming gears, and the forward engine can drive these action machines at the same time. Riding Transplanter must have non-slip wheels and floating design to travel on the dirt. If the transplanted seedlings are in pieces, the rice seedlings are taken out from a specific seedling box and planted mechanically.
The compact, lightweight 2ZS-4 2ZS-6(nsp-4w/nsp-6w) mounts the powerful OHV (Overhead Valve) Gasoline Engine that contributes to excellent operational efficiency.
Even in deep-tilled paddies, the large 660 mm diameter of the wheels contributes to stable transplanting operations resulting in the superior performance.
The Auto Sensor detects undulations to adjust the machine height up to 450 mm contributing to efficient operations even in deep paddies.
Even in undulating operational conditions, the Horizontal Control Mechanism automatically acts to maintain the Transplanting Unit in a horizontal position.
Durability is enhanced thanks to the Hexagonal axle which prevents the axle pin from being broken. Also, the bevel-gear drive system contributes to long operating life with no worries about chain cuts.
2ZS-4 2ZS-6 employs the seedling-friendly transplanting method by which the claw extrusions pushes out the seedlings to securely transplant them in the soil. Hill Space can be adjusted between 12 and 21 cm.
